At Kajja Foods, we strive to deliver your premium cashew products as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping rates and policies.
Our shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We offer a transparent pricing structure:

| Up to 4 kg | Rs. 400.00 |
| Above 4 kg | Rs. 400.00 + Rs. 100.00 per additional kg |
Example Calculation:
If your package weighs 4.1 kg, the shipping charge will be Rs. 500.00.
(Rs. 400 for the first 4kg + Rs. 100 for the entering into the next 1kg bracket).
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Kajja Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
